Inlike the product. Customer Service was a little slow… ending the conversation in the middle if the day two days in a row and not responding until the following day. In the end, my issue is resolved.

We have a 2003 Polaris Ranger 500, one of the first Rangers made, and it runs great and we talked about it for several years and finally decided we wanted a snow plow for it. The local Polaris dealer was absolutely no help at all, and neither was the one about an hour away…I went on line and found a couple different sellers but no one that was willing to help assure us he parts and set up would fit this old of a machine.
I then happened upon LionParts and got Rose on a chat and she was extremely helpful! She confirmed the correct mount kits and recommended we go with the 72” poly blade instead of the 66” and my Ranger install guy recommended we go with the synthetic winch and Rose confirmed the 5,000 assault winch would work with it. I’m very glad she discussed the blade coverage with the angle tilted because it will now cover the tires and the 66” wouldn’t have when tilted.
She then send the order invoice with these two items and the mounts and said it should all work with just a couple holes that will need to be drilled. It took a while but our local tune up/install guy took all that was sent and confirmed all parts were correct and all he needed to do was drill a couple holes.
We won’t be able to test the set-up until next winter but I’m confident it will be great and although we don’t get a ton of snow here in Mid-Missouri, it’s going to cut our driveway clear off time in half.
Can’t say enough about Rose and LionParts and highly recommend them!
